William Gibson

Here’s my contribution to Steven Gettis’ collection, where you’ll see tons of good pictures, and there’s a few GAers there [Hi Nic, hello Francis]. The McKean art makes me jaleous everytime, haha ! Topic is about draw your favourite author/novel character and obviously, first sentence of Neuromancer start to play in loop in my head, like a mantra. ” The sky above the port was the color of television, tuned to a dead channel.” Could it be a better opening line for a Sci-fi book ? ;)

Special thanks to Dave, Nic, Nénent and Véro.

And bravo to you guys, I always take a look at that blog and there’s really killer stuff here.

Peace,

Julien

  3. Very nice my friend…
I really like this recent “lighter” palette and feel you have going on.

I love it, really expressive portrait. That your style gives it such an aged/worn feeling somehow fits perfectly in my mind with his writing. It feels so very “Neuromancer” to me is a really subtle and fascinating way.
