This was a collaboration with longtime friend and super-artist Mark Pernice / Matic for the New York Times. Mark took care of the concept and did some tweaks, and I literally had to paint this within hours. Had fun though!

Hi fellow gorillas!  Some stuff I did recently!

1- I mixed some pencil sketches and played with them on photoshop. the text means ”

Wow, DS is popular today! Here’s a colab that Clo and I did. She sent me the lines and I put on the color.

Hey gang!

I got Artrage 3 a couple of days ago and been experimenting with using it for coloring lines, so I painted Clo’s elf chick and I a naked girl pencil doodle I made for DS… there you go! I hope you like :)

So my door bell rang, I didn’t know why as we usually don’t have anyone coming by.

I went downstairs and it was UPS, imagine my surprise when he was holding two big boxes in his arms. He gave them to me and ran off!

I had to yell out “was that all?” and he replied -no! Two more!

At this point I was confused so I asked Edite/fooxoo what the boxes was…She didn’t know.

We carried them up and started to open them up…

BEER?

It was 4 boxes full of beer that I had made a label for a while back! AWESOME Christmas gift!
