Hello my fellow Gorillas. Here is an image dump with some recent arts and small jobs. Finally able to squeeze in some drawing time while running after 2 crazy kiddies. Hey guys! I’m long overdue for posting to this wonderful blog. So here I am, finally!

For a little while now I’ve been trying to learn about fashion design. Recently, me and my good pal Josh (aka Badger) started throwing our make-belief fashion and costumes onto a Tumblr (Owl & Badger) for fun. Some of you may have seen these on my blog:

Steve Doherty, the editor of Plein Air Magazine, contacted me after seeing me regularly post plein air paintings to Facebook’s “En Plein Air” group.

I went out and rode my bike every day for almost a month and did a painting or two. Most of these are 6×8″ oils on panels. I didn’t have a set goal with most of these other than for the sake of study. I did get a lot of valuable brush milage out of it. I think I got some new fans out of it on Facebook and Google+ too.
