if anyone is in the portland (maine!) vicinity, hit me up.
TIP on why it’s good to be an artist: ever have a boyish pathetic crush on someone? ask them to model. :)
10 minute
and i had the great fortune of being a visiting artist, teaching a figure gesture class at RISD precollege last week.
heckuva alot of fun!!
i don’t have the long pose figures i demoed yet, but i should have them to put up here by the end of the week perhaps? so here are some sketches from when i SHOULD have been teaching. it’s hard when there’s a naked body to draw. who am i to say no? sorry about the quality, it’s an iddy biddy flimsy sketchbook. and sorry about them first images repeating in this gallery. i’m suuuuper computer naiive nowadays.
(oh yeah, but i do have a blog: www.BRIEFBITS.tumblr.com) see ya!
A picture for one of my husband’s research articles - soon to be published. I miss being a scientist!

Hi folks,
Taking a break from rendering obsessions, impossible color harmonies and other of my current digital demons, just ink and paper… no brief, no goals… just drawing for drawing… such a relief…
