Hot stuff as always, Nic. I love the textural stuff going on in the Iron Man armor. Really simple, but adds a bunch.

the last three pieces you have shown here show a new direction for you. I dont know if ur aware of it or if its coming naturally. really cool and unique. hopefully it quiets the people who just compare you to ashley wood. this is great work and you should be proud

Kevin, I did not try to go another direction recently, it just happened, although I don’t see it. But I am glad it comes across as something of my own.
Ev, no I’m sorry I don’t have any process shots. I never tend to keep process shots, I paint one one layer and do adjusments and texturing on top of that, so its not really interesting… :( I don’t really have a set way or working either which is a bit annoying sometimes, I make the decision of how I work by whatever sketch gets approved. Sometimes I do a detailed darwing that I use as a foundation for painting, sometimes I just paint over the sketch and work it out while painting. Sometimes digital, sometimes tarditional, sometimes I ping pong between the two. I’m a mess hehehe
