I was messing around in photoshop today, trying to combine tools i dont normally use to get interesting effects - and I came up with a new method for thumbnailing that im finding really enjoyable! I dont know how readable these are to others, but as far as generating ideas for my own end they are working perfectly - just depends whether they need to be shown to the client i guess!

Id say i could get through a sheet of maybe 30-40 of these in an hour, although i was going a bit slower today because I was experimenting. Not a bad way to knock over the initial stage of a job - and a big improvement in my own job workflow.

Here’s a few more of our fast becoming favorite model; Quetzal….(sorry about the title, that’s just the way my mind works)…I really wish I’d brought my paints, as I’d have loved to have done this pose with the full effect of the lava rock and silver necklace…Laurel (my wife) was working all afternoon to get the jewelery ready for the sitting!

So here’s the comic teaser I did for school. I am king procrastinator, so I made it in the last 4 days it had to be turned in. I’m not a writer nor a native english speaker, the dialogue is really bad. I probably could have done better with it. PLease click the images for full version, they look crap like this.
